How we prepare YUMMY roasted beets.

Thank you to Steve Spencer with Local Folks Foods for sharing this with us.

1. Wash and peel beets.  Cut off beet greens and set aside. (You may want to wear gloves or you will have beet red hands!)

2. Cut beets into small cubed pieced.  Drizzle with olive oil and fresh cracked pepper.

3.  Roast in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

4. Toss greens in a bit of olive oil.  Place greens on top of beets in the oven and drizzle with honey.

5.  Once greens have wilted they are done.  Enjoy!
